Bowtie Overdrives Return Policy Items must be inspected upon arrival for any damage cause during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that all items are received in their order when they receive it. If there is anything missing from the order or if the order incorrect the custom must notify Bowtie Overdrives within 30 day of receiving the order to make any changes. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number issued by Bowtie Overdrives. Any items that are received as ordered, but are not needed or wanted are subject to a restocking fee of $10.00 or 15% whichever is greater. When placing any order it is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct vehicle information, correct shipping information and to order the correct parts. If you ask for a part and find later that you really needed another part because you didn’t know what type of vehicle or transmission you actually have, this is not our fault and we will not pay return shipping on these items. Refunds on returned items will be in the same form as original payment. Refunds on returned items will be given with one week of receiving an authorized return item. Return shipping for all returned items is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received in new and resalable condition to qualify for a refund. If the part is found to be incorrect or defective, Bowtie Overdrives will issue a return shipping label to get the item back to us. |
